2. Research on population and social development disseminated and utilized to inform policy development and practice
3. Capacity of state and non-state actors at various levels in population and sustainable development enhanced
4. Evidence-based programming and service delivery to improve the well-being of populations
5. Theoretical, methodological and policy approaches to population and development for scholars, practitioners and other stakeholders
6. Capacity of young scholars and women, journalists and practitioners to promote greater understanding of the population- social development nexus and management strengthened
7. A coalition of population practitioners, researchers and scholars advocating for rethinking population and development prospects.
